Application to Purchase

This is an Application to Purchase a mobile home in Town & Country Mobile Home Park of Largo, Inc. All applicants must apply. By applying, you acknowledge that this park is a 55+, no pets, resident-owned park. Furthermore, you acknowledge that membership in this park requires that this application is accepted, that you have passed a background check, and that you have purchased a mobile home in the park and a share in corporation and that you sign our proprietary lease.

Please fill out this application completely and submit it to the head of our sales committee [email protected]. By submitting this application, you acknowledge that the information submitted is correct to the best of your knowledge and that if any part is proven to be false, your application will be rejected.

Attach is a PDF file containing our "Application to Purchase" form. The form can be filled out on-line using a pdf fill and sign program or may be printed and filled out manually. If you chose to fill it out on-line, save the file, attach that file to an email and send it to the head of our sales committee at [email protected].

If you chose the manual method, you may scan it into a pdf file and email it as stated above or fax it to Town & Country MHP of Largo Inc, addressed to Sales and fax it to 1-727-584-2153.
