Town and Country MHP is currently offering four shares in our resident-owned park for the purpose of placing a mobile on one of four empty lots. We are a small, 55+, 154-unit community where volunteering makes everyone your neighbor.

We are located in Pinellas County with St. Petersburg to our south and Clearwater to our north. We are 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 20 minutes from the Clearwater/St. Petersburg Airport. Our park is walking distance to Publix grocery and Home Depot and a block away from Largo Mall which contains many shops, restaurants, a movie theater, urgent care medical facility, an eye care center and more.

Our park is large enough to support our needs and small enough to know everyone. Our Board of Directors efficiently operates our park, and we have a wide range of amenities and activities.
