What will it cost to buy into the park?
The cost of the mobile home that you agreed to purchase from the existing owner. You are also required to purchase a Share of the park (if you decide to sell, the share price at the time of your sale will be returned to you within two months). Additional costs include background check, appropriate tax and closing fees.
What do I get for my maintenance fee?
As a member in good standing, you have full access to all amenities e.g. clubhouse, heated pool, hot tub, shuffleboard courts, golf net and putting green, coin-operated laundry facility and all common areas. Also, water, sewer, lawn service, well-lit streets and trash pickup.
What activities do you offer?
All activities will be planned in accordance with CDC guidelines. Everyone has a good time!
Weekly in-park shuffleboard games for all who want to learn. For the more competitive, we have two traveling shuffleboard teams that compete against other shuffleboard clubs in the area. Our Nova team is made up of novice players and the Seminole team is for more advanced players.
Do you have any rentals?
The corporation does not own the mobiles in the park and therefore cannot rent mobiles. With Board approval however, members who have owned their mobile for at least four years may sublet their unit once in a season (July 1 through June 30) for no less than three months or no greater than 183 days. Any rental period must be followed by a two season pause during which renting is prohibited.
How can I submit a request to be put on a list for rentals?
Make your request through the "Contact Our Park" page of this site addressing it to the Web Admin. Include your contact information and time frame you are looking to rent. Your submittal information will be posted for members.
Notice:
All rental agreements are between the owner and the renter. Other than posting your information for its members, the park or its officers take no responsibility in the rental of an owner's mobile home.
