Prior to the purchase of a share, the Buyer must go through the application process as follows:

You must be at least 55 years old to purchase a share in our park.
Purchaser Application must be submitted to the Chair of the Sales Committee, Tina Gwizdowski, phone 716-998-2805, email: [email protected].
A Tenant Check form must be completed, and the amount required to process, paid to the Sales Committee who will submit for the background check on the Buyer(s).
References provided on the Purchaser Application are called and interviewed.
Membership interview is held with the Buyer(s) by three members of the Membership Committee who will forward the results to the Sales Committee Chair.
Approval to purchase is given to the Buyer(s).

The total price to become a member of our park is the sale price of the mobile home, plus the current price of a Share of the Corporation, plus any closing costs and/or fees. Please note all closings/real property transfers will be processed by ACR Title Group, LLLP, 1465 S. Ft. Harrison Ave, Suite 100, Clearwater, FL 33756.
